Im a new Truist account holder and am regretting my decision to open with this bank already. Between the poor customer service, nasty attitude of banking staff, and inconsistent communication of banking policies; Truist is not a bank that I would recommend. In fact, Id say stay far away and bank elsewhere.

Truist is no better then SunTrust. Horrible wait times inside and in drive thru when it is open? I deal with 4 different banks in Waldorf and Trust is the worse. Hire some people or at least cross train the ones you have..

When the window tellers are Dunkin their tea bag looked at me and walked away, another teller staring intently into her computer looks at me and cant even say someone will be with you then the icing on the cake wont bother putting my money in an envelope even after I asked for the envelope. WOW! So much for any customer service. I will now take my money to another bank.

I'm a business owner . I accidentally discovered that my bank account overcounted me by $55.36. I felt very strange. Then I went to the bank and was told that it was because I wanted to change change. Before that, the Branch had never informed me that there was a charge for changing coins or change. I need to be charged $0.20 per roll. Even per roll penny is only $0.50. Isn't this ridiculous? What's even more ridiculous is that they told me that if I have a personal account to change change, there will be no charge. How much change do I usually need in my personal account? There is a fee for changing change from a business account, but not for individuals. This is the funniest joke I've heard this year
