A joke. I have been trying to get ahold of my "doctor" and no one ever answers the phone. The pharmacy literally attached to it even told me they can't get ahold of them to refill a prescription. So if you ever run out of refills from there, good luck trying to get them re-filled. So here I am without a prescription now because of the horrible customer service.

I went in for my flu shot. The NP did not say hi, tell me her name, ask mine, or ask where to administer my vaccine. As a nurse Im embarrassed to work in the same profession as someone with such disregard for common courtesy. I cant imagine how terrible I would feel if I were seeking medical care for an illness.

Go someplace else. Don't bother to make an appointment. Even with an appointment the wait is 45 minutes

Waited for ten minutes with no patient in front of me. She came out and knew we were waiting. But she did not explain us anything but just ignored us. We had to ask ourselves how much longer we need to wait. She said about another 20 minutes. It was 10:00 A.M, not lunch time. Yes, we can wait if you are taking patients. Please respect your patients or you lose them!
