I asked for an appointment at dawn because my son had a lot of ear pain, I did it online and the morning I asked for the appointment, I arrived and had everything ready, I didn't have to fill out or show anything, it was easy to do it online, I asked for the appointment early and they attended to me The doctor and nurse and the deck person were very friendly, I recommend it and the doctor speaks a little Spanish which is a very positive thing!

Friendly, professional, helpful receptionist . My son had a stomach virus and she provided a container in case he had an incident while waiting. She ensured he was comfortable and she showed genuine compassion. I wish I had her name. Interior is happy and cheerful. The lobby is clean and lots of kid friendly toys.

The nurae practitioner was wonderful. Care delivery wa good however they market an Express Pass with the tagline "why wait in line, reserve your spot online." At 8a, we reserved at 10:41a spot. Arrivwd at 10:30. Receptionist confirmed this is a walk in only clinic, regardless of online reservation, your time doesn't begin until you come through the door. Its first come first serve (except high acuity). Process is one in, one out. We were seen after 2 hours. Okay care. False advertisement for express pass
