        Terrible customer service. No one was at the register and someone from Aerie had to call someone over to assist. There were multiple associates in eyeshot of me at the register and no one came over. 2 even made eye contact but never thought to hey.. lets help the customer. The closest associate didnt even look around to see if the register needed attention. She was busy having a side conversation with a customer. It wasnt even product related. Eventually, someone came from the back finally to get me my wifes order but even after working in retail as a younger adult Ive never seen this. Im definitely never coming back here. Ill stick to Arundel mills where I feel like Im at least seen as a customer and not a problem.

        Been to a few American eagle stores but this one beats the others hands down Sorry do not remember the gentleman name who helped us was very helpful and polite

        The sales associate that assisted me was phenomenal! From the moment I walked in the store he was attentive and helpful and ensured I had a great experience. His name was Jayden/Jaylon(SP) and gave the best customer service Ive had in a while!
