        Whatever you do, do not order online and try to pick up at this store. They wont package your orders in time so your items will sell in store and your order will be cancelled. Happened to both me and my sister. Theyll claim that the online inventory isnt updated when purchased, but as someone whos worked years in retail, it really is because your items were sold in store. Thanks a lot for nothing American Eagle

        This is my go-to place for jeans. The sizing is consistent. I'm a '90s/80's kid so I'm used to low rise jeans even though high-rise jeans are in right now. Lately I've been ordering online and picking it up at the store. The staff is always friendly never had an issue in the store. The best part is that I have jeans that are 10 years old from AE that have stand to test the time of wear and tear.

        Excellent customer service, very attentive, helped me find the right jeans, the sale was buy one get one 50% off so I ended up paying $30 for each pair. They were SUPER comfortable. This is the 2nd time I visited American Eagle and got phenomenal service. The other was in Gettysburg. I dont think I want to buy jeans at another place.
