        Online and on the outside of the store it says they open at 10:00AM on weekdays, but they dont. I needed a pair of jeans and left work so I could get there at 10:00am and make it back to the office. I waited outside the store until 10:25am, and it didnt look like they were anywhere close to ready to open. If you arent ready to open until 11:00am, please update your hours! Planned my whole day around this, and had to leave.

        Unprofessional. Pick up order was supposed to be ready within two hours. Called and they said it would be available the next day, 24 hours later. Does not follow corporate policies. I understand the difficulties of being short staffed, but this is unacceptable. Manager could also be nicer and more competent.
