1st time at this location Diamond was very welcoming and informative. Storage units look clean, and the outside area was clean as well.

They messed up my moving date and then refused to refund the deposit even though I'd done nothing wrong on my part. Find a better company to move your things

Very easy to enroll on line and met courteous staff to show me the location. Easy to access for storage and removal of items.
