Solaire 8250 Georgia

I was considering moving here but the building reeks of marijuana and is supposed to be Smoke Free. I wish management would do something.

Theres a grass courtyard where no one ever goes and pets are not allowed. My girlfriends dog gazes sadly out the window every day.

This place is truly a gem. It is a beautiful building and in a great location in down town silver spring. With all of the benefits of the location what makes it even better is the leasing office staff. Ms. Summer was just a pleasing person not only exhibiting professionalism she showed all the key reasons to select Solaire. And that is what i did today apply!! I encourage everyone to visit 8250 Solaire

The lady in the leasing office was very rude. I went there to be able to talk to someone in person and get info of the place, not only rude but they definitely arent in need of renting.

I lived at soliare 8250 for the last 4 years.it was a great experience. And the new Manger Erica is the best Manger Solaire ever has.She knows what she is doing , she runs this building I'm so glad they have her. The entire staff is very nice Naji& Nizar, &maintenance guy.. goes above and beyond. They always made feel welcomed home. I appreciate the entire staff. Thank you so much for everything.
