    Just moved in and I cant say enough about the leasing team. I relocated for work and they were attentive, caring, and professional. Helped me navigate the process seamlessly and checked in with me a couple days after move in to make sure I was doing well. Thank you, Bonita, Nicole, and Yeimi. Happy I chose to call the Maven home.

    My experience here at Maven has been great. The staff has always been helpful and attentive with any needs. The staff really made the whole moving in process very easy. Im excited for all renovations within the building and I can truly say Maven apartments really feels like home.

    Update March 2024: Since I've moved out for a few months, I can say things went worse from my review. We didn't have the elevators working for 4-5 months. When they did, people were stuck on them, and the firefighters were out every few days. It was terrible. Small things like trash not being kept up and monitors were ongoing. They added in EV chargers and did a lot of painting on the walls, but this was done quickly while we were begging for elevators to be working correctly. Staff / Maintenance entering your apartment without proper notice was a huge issue, and people got cameras. It's was ongoing and even I had an issue where they lost the key to my place and never told me & I entered my place with no notice someone was there. Once you share you aren't renewing, they take you off the list for resident information. So, I had no communication on most things, such as our mixers or general info. I shared these complaints with the manager, but in her passion, she was upset about residents complaining and not working with her. I'm low-key, but I did share and expressed many issues are to be heard and fixed, not ignored. We live here, and no one sat down with us. When I moved out, I had a statement of receiving my full deposit. It took 2 months for someone to finally say they are looking into it. They claimed they mailed it, which was false because I had everything forwarded to a virtual mailbox, so all mail was scanned. It's been five months, and I still do not have the deposit they sent a statement saying that I will have it back. I've now filed a complaint with the county as deposits are supposed to be refunded within 45 days. I still give it 2 stars. -2023 Review I'm not sure what happened to my review a while ago, but it was ranked a lot higher. I had heard some people saying reviews were deleted, which is of concern and might be a way. .... ------- Anyway, I need to do an update to my previous review. My honest reviews from 2 years ago were accurate, so I moved here. It was clean, and we even had a concierge seven days a week. However, in the last 6-8 months, things have gone down badly so quickly. Good: The location is great. We are just mins from the metro and can walk to parks, grocery stores, etc. - The layouts are great for most apt, and it's quiet for the most part. - There is some cleaning daily, and residents are pretty cool and reasonable. - I enjoy my actual apt location and can't hear most of the outside, so that's a plus. - The pool is lovely, and you can lounge easily outside. Parking is nice, especially with the various weather. Bad: Rent is a huge issue in the county, but especially here. Rent went up 20-40% for most of us. - The amenities outside the gym don't work or aren't truly offered. For example, the wifi doesn't work still, and the business center has 2 computers outside in the lobby with no seats or anything else. (I think the vending machine is finally working.) - Things like ground upkeep and cleaning have been significantly reduced and continue to be - Our elevators were out for 2 months and didn't have proper certificates for 2 years + .(still don't). We had only one elevator for the entire building. - Doors were unlocked to get in; thus, people were sleeping in lobbies. - Staff communication is little to no of the tenant (ex: I only knew about the elevators being out because of other residents). - Parking is $110, which I think is a huge amount for what we get. If you have guests, it's almost impossible for them. The concierge is only on the weekend. I think it's only Saturday for a few hours, and it's not worth it now. I had surprise flowers sent to me. Instead of calling or putting a package notification for me, it sat there while she was on the phone. I wouldn't have known had the florist not called me.

    Please prioritize your money and safety elsewhere! I have lived here since 2020, living in this building under Maven's management has turned what was once considered a "luxury" complex into the worst living experience. Safety is clearly not their priority, evident in the absence of a 24-hour concierge, limited security cameras, easy building access, an unsecured and overpriced parking garage, and a dismissive leasing office staff. Concerns raised to management are consistently ignored, with a recent incident involving a break-in causing a major disturbance at 2:30 am, leaving blood splattered on walls and floors. Disturbingly, residents were not informed of this incident through management, raising significant safety concerns. Additionally, the ongoing issue of pet waste remains unaddressed by management. When my lease expires, I am prioritizing my safety and moving out. Your initial interaction with the building will be pleasing and welcoming however, please do not fall for the trap!
