I have lived here for 2 years and Im so glad I dont have to shave my apartment with rodents anymore .

I absolutely love living here
Kind and Welcoming community
Beautiful grounds
My light-filled and cozy space makes me smile every time I come home
Community Room and Ballroom are incredible
Please note that the low rated reviews are from folks who had difficulty leasing.. there are very few apartments available at any given time
I am grateful to live in this history filled beautiful community

Cool building but the management company is horrendous. HUD needs to send out mystery shoppers because I guarantee, they discriminate and hold apartments for their relatives and friends which is illegal per Fair Housing to deny availability

I have tried to call the apartment three day straight and I didnt get any response. Then I went to the apartment and I met the person who is working in office and she told me that her computer is down for three days. Which it doesnt make any sense bcz she isnt willing to show the apartment or give any kind of information. You dont need a calendar to show the apartment. Its very sad experience. The worst management!

I can't even check the availability of floor plans. Instead of doing the logical business of filtering floorplans by move-in date, the website simply shows all floorplans, and hits you with a "there are no apartments for this date" upon checking for availability. What's the point of even allowing the user to give a move-in date if that user can't see what apartments are available to them? Goofy website frfr no
