I had my car broken into at the designated parking lot, full full full!!!of roaches and mice (1-5 roaches every day throughout the year), worst management system, too much construction going on for the whole year and I got sick of it. If you like to experience all of them, live here.

If you enjoy the worst management and so many pests that they wouldnt treat on a timely manner this is a place for you. The rent increase is crazy and the squeaky doors that are old are a nightmare. So much for the expensive rent.

Living at the Blair apartment community has been an absolute delight! Its undoubtedly the best place to be in Silver Spring downtown. Ive had a fantastic year here, enjoying breathtaking views and a well-maintained building that makes coming home a pleasure. The convenience of the Silver Spring metro station being just a two-minute walk away has been a game-changer, and having Giant, CVS, Mama Lucia, Petes Coffee, and District Taco nearby makes life incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this location with its accessible public transportation and amenities at your doorstep! Regarding the rent, its worth mentioning that, personally, I find it to be 10% to 20% higher. The apartment is clean and spacious, boasting 1200 sqft?, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Ive noticed that as you go higher in the building, the inside receives more natural light, with the 5th floor being better than the 3rd floor. Additionally, the view of the East West highway side is awesome, with nice business buildings like NOA. Im sad to say that due to life circumstances, I have to move out and relocate, and I wish I could stay here longer. Id like to express my gratitude to the maintenance and management team for their exceptional work during my stay.
