The apartment has mouse,roch,the the air-conditioning is not properly working even if we told them many times they don't fix theproblem. They tell people we have enough parking spaces but they don't have enough parking. The managment is poor they are not responsible for what they said.

I lived here for a year, 2 years ago. But the experience was great. The area is calm & quiet. Samuel is an amazing leasing professional, super nice professional & understanding. Maintenance is super welcoming, nice, and attentive as well. I had no maintenance issues while living here. Parking wasnt bad either. The only thing that wasnt too nice is how the shower only stays warm for about 20 or so minutes. I ended up loving this property/community.

i been living here for almost 6 years and i never heared a gun shot, all these people that said that this is a bad place, they are wrong! very nice place to live in and alot of parking space,not like others aparments, plus samuel is a very nice landlord.
