    Its my fifth month at these apartments and Ive appreciated every minute of it. I like my unit so much. The staff have also been very supportive and wonderful. I still remember my tour when looking for housing. Cynthia finds a way to connect with you and provides clear details about the apartment. She was professional and it was a smooth timely process. She still remains kind and professional. My biggest shoutout would be to the maintenance team Melvin was patient throughout the first few weeks of my settling in. He fixed all the issues I raised including those that might seem trivial and I couldnt appreciate it enough. His colleagues Maurice and Aaron are also always ready to help. The front desk staff have changed which is common I guess but theyve all been kind and cordial. All to say, no complaints and Im glad I chose to stay here!

    I wanted to stay longer but can't afford the rent hike. I like the apartment, the location and the staff. The apartment building is owned and managed Montgomery county agency created to make housing affordable called Housing opportunity commission. With this mission in mind, they are not afraid to raise your rent by 10% after the initial year. With 10% increase on your biggest bill, it's hard to strive financially. They do have increase of 6 and 8% if you want to lock in another year or 2 of lease, I choose the 10% because I want the freedom of month to month to keep my opportunities open for another place to live. The price is the most important factor in determining where to or not to live. Extremelly disatisfied with those rent hikes, have to move again, otherwise with a reasonable raise I would have stay.

    Facing an urgent issue, I reached out to Chris, the regional manager, multiple times via email and phone (left a voicemail) in the past 3 weeks, but unfortunately, there has been no response. This lack of communication is not only frustrating but also highly unprofessional. I also contacted the manager, Melvina, who assured me she would get back with an answer, but unfortunately, that never happened. Disappointed with the unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism in addressing urgent matters.

    I've been waiting for my remainder deposit since April of this year. I left the apartment in perfect conditions, everything checked out when completing move out inspection. I was only sent half of my deposit, (I paid $1,000 total. $500 for the deposit, plus $500 pet deposit) Melvina the leasing agent has ducked my calls and emails for months. Every time she has had a different excuse. They are unorganized and can't seem to have good control of the general ledger, they kept telling me I had missed rent payments but I provided proof for each one, including my bank statement. Last time I heard from Melvina she said she would "look into it" its been months and I have yet to receive a simple email response back to those many I have sent. Do not move here, they are thieves!!! UPDATE: they reply to your review but don't actually care to reply to your emails. I've sent multiple emails and I've been ignored.
