        This place is HORRIBLE ! I came twice in one week to try to buy birds and all associates said they could not help me. I waited 45 minutes just for them to tell me that the bird specialist was not there. Then on the second time I went I asked for a simple parakeet and the guy said he doesnt have the staff to help me ? I am so confused on why this store is even open if they cant do simple costumer service.

        DO NOT bring your pets here. Especially for grooming (Not including the guys, theyre awesome)! They cut the inside my puppys ear and didnt say a thing about it. Everyone makes mistakes, but speak up and take accountability. Terrible service overall for this store. Jamey is miserable in his role. He should find something that hes passionate about. He obviously hates his job!
