I am crushed. It is with great sadness that I learned today of your store closing. I will be there in the next few days to tell you in person how awesome you truly are! During this awful pandemic, I never had to worry about my dog getting great food for a fair price delivered right on time every month. We woof you!

I buy my cat food here and at Mom's Organic Stores (the only two places I know which sells the brand I like). The savings  programs here are helpful--a discount when you buy 15 of the same items and then another program (I don't remember how it works, but I usually end up getting a $10 coupon every other month or so)...Customer service can be hit or miss, but it's mostly been good--I do still remember a rather difficult interaction with a cashier from earlier this year. He was very argumentative and it was over something ridiculous. But other than that one time, the associates have generally been helpful and friendly. The Rockville location is also very convenient and the store set-up customer-friendly and easy to navigate. They have a great selection of Nature's Miracle products! But I do wish they had a larger variety of kitty litter (they don't carry the kind we buy for our cats). I was especially excited to discover recently they now sell pet water fountains, in about four different styles...I purchased the least expensive one--Drinkwell Butterfly--which is very cute...and my cats love it so far...really happy about this as one of my cats is very picky about his drinking water!!
