        booked with priceline and when I showed up at the hotel the front desk person claimed my card was declined through priceline so i trusted this staff member knew what he was doing and opted to pay there at the hotel with my other card. turns out my card actually wasnt decline on priceline so i ended up paying twice for one stay. im in the process of trying to get my refund and it shouldve been resolved already but its been about 12 days and i still havent seen my refund and the manager is almost impossible to get a hold off apparently hes the only one who can process a refund edit: never got a refund no one would help me and the "manager" never called me i decided it wasn't worth my time trying to get 100$ back so please stay away from this location they could care less about any issues you may have.

        I travel from Manassas Virginia to Rockville, Maryland to see my girlfriend for 3 days straight and my experience at sleep inn. I give it a 5 star. whenever I need some assistant, they always there to take care of it. Thank you.
