Decent hotel with poor build quality. My wife and i stayed for 3 nights. The concept of this place is great. It is a hotel focused on entire body wellness and exercise. The location is great, the rooms are a little empty but comfortable and clean. The gym is good for a hotel gym. No heated towels, but they have great treadmills, a decent number of free weights, and other equipment to put in a good workout. I would have loved to see a water machine, towels, and a smith machine, but im not that picky. Honestly, I would have loved to give this place a higher rating. So what's the problem. There is absolutely no sound insulation from the activity in the hallway. You can hear every door close, every conversation, every elevator door opening, or people just walking down the hall not talking. This is NOT a place for light sleepers. It was terrible and kept me and my wife up more than once. The icing on the cake was the last night when a bus load of middle school kids pulled up. I had to call down for noise because I could hear every giggle, conversation, everything. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I stayed in this hotel from 4/03/24 through 4/06/24 for a conference. The room was not good: no chair available for one to sit and relax (the one chair is an office chair, and it is very uncomfortable because it is small and clunky), the walls are naked (not even some art on the walls), mattress was tough and sheets were not even ironed. The parking area is in 5th and 6th floors of some parking garage and the elevator is broken (and it looks like it's been broken for quite a bit of time already) so I had to use the stairs all the time in order to get to my car. Finally, the staff was not helpful. I also had issues with my bill and although they recognized that an error was made, they were unwilling to help a customer and fix the error. Given the choice, I will never stay at this hotel again.
