I'm coming to this store solely because Reza is there. He's very friendly, offers excellent customer service, and helps everyone. It seems like everybody knows Reza!
Reza, who is currently a barista, is exceptional, and this store should be proud to have him. Reza's potential for advancement is evident, and I believe Starbucks must take pride in having individuals like him. If the company recognizes Reza's abilities, it surely reflects positively on Starbucks as an excellent company.

Experienced bad service

I usually go to this place everyday for coffee, and today I went like always. The coffee tasted extremely bad. I asked the barista to remake it for me and my husband and she said why. I said its really bitter. And she was like want me to shake it and add vanilla and I said idk. How am I supposed to know. She shook it, added cold foam and it was still terrible. I didnt ask her again to remake it due to the fact that she seemed annoyed. I really enjoyed the coffee here but Ill have to find a different location.
