Either the they give the order wrong or taste bad (coffee). The coffee mostly of the times is bitter, plus the person who makes the order always gives wrong items or one of the items is missing. I pay for the food and its not free so I expect at least the drinks taste good.

Generally speaking, my orders are mobile orders. While traveling to my new job, I placed my first order at this location, and the first experience was not so good as they were understaffed and the order took forever but should be expected. A couple of subsequent orders were properly executed. Just as my assessment was about to change, they messed up my fourth order by it not being hot nor the topping added, which had been evident under the lid. I was pressing for time and was able to add some minutes to the trip, but I ended up being late since I returned to the location to have them remake it. I know Starbucks processes since I have worked at one, and unfortunately, it's the human element for both occasions, has been the main cause.

Waited over 15 minutes to get my drinks. Not only did they take too long when I got my iced matcha the powder was mixed horribly I kept drinking straight up powder which is not good. Had too throw it out. The frozen drink I got was basically just watered shaved ice. Besides that at least the staff was really nice. Wouldnt go back tho.
