    Southridge has a great impact program that allows residents to participate in community building and networking opportunities. The best part is the home-base program, which allows kids to drop by and do their homework/socialize/ and get a healthy snack.

    Beautiful Community and Staff! My move in was smooth and my nights have been peaceful. Tiara, Hans & Nyrasia really made me feel welcomed with their warm smiles and kind words, plus my apartment is amazing! I'm not sure why the reviews are so low but the positive atmosphere is so high! Couldn't find a better place to call home.

    This review has been a LONG time coming. We moved into SouthRidge in October of 2023. It was awful. We moved into a totally unfinished unit: a door was off the hinges, paint was wet, mold was under the sink, the dishwasher was unusable, there were EMPTY BEER BOTTLES IN THE OVENand it got worse from there. Maintenance is horrific. They do not fix things unless you threaten lawsuits. Tiara, the property manager, is the worst offender; shes rude and lazy, and doesnt show up to scheduled meetings or phone calls. She, too, does not care to help unless you have a lawyer on speed dial. This place is also overrun by rats. Its gotten to the point where there was a news crew here yesterday filming the gigantic rat holes. There are trails of dead grass out of the hole where the rats have run SO MUCH that theyve flattened the ground. SouthRidge has given us mold induced asthma attacks as well as put us all back into therapy. This is no way to live.

    If I could give Southridge a zero, I would. I've been a resident for almost 8 years. I've been through several changes in management and office staff, but this by far is the worst! I made mention of the rat problem over a year ago. It has now gotten worst! The amount of rats that are outside of the apartment complexes is horrid!!! I contacted the office numerous times & even put in a service ticket for pest control. The ticket was immediately closed. I visited the office about this and was informed that this will be handled by pest control. A day later, there is blue/green rat poison sprinkled in my yard where the massive rat hole is. Only for it to rain the following day and washd everything away. I am petrified to come home at night, as I'm walking up the walkway to building, I'm greeted by numerous rats. I have informed the office that I would be calling their corporate office in Texas and was instructed to keep them updated on my call. I will be contacting Housing Authority as well as the media on this issue. If you love rats then this is the place for you.

    My husband and I are overwhelmed. We have got to move for husband job so we brought a place. The apartment wants to charge overv 3000.00 to move out but just breaking lease a month. It's hard to line up buying a place and closing on it and moving out to. Buying out own place and we found one was a good investment and right choice for us Thought the apartment would be happy fot us, not forcing more money. We like iiving here, good neighbors, good location. We always paid rent on time never late to keep credit good.Times are hard for everyone and we try to help everyone we can, and being nice Cost of living is awful and lots are struggling, I just hope owner of apartments would understand,things changed when Covid hit this country. People are trying, just wished we get a break. We love our neighbors and will miss each one of you, but we got to go, not wanting to. God Bless! The Raulston...
