The Current at Watershed Townhomes

I just reviewed the property and the staff was great. Trey was a great tour guide and was quite knowledgeable. If I chose to live here for my next home, I don't think I will be disappointed.

The Current at Watershed is the most incredible place I've ever lived. I can't recommend it highly enough. While the home itself (and the amenities, the yard, the community, etc.) are 10/10 impeccable (and everything we've ever wanted), what's really made a difference for me is the help and assistance from the management team. My fianc and I were undergoing a bit of a crisis this morning (due to our own mishaps) and we received a level of care and assistance from Carly, Chris, John, and the broader Current at Watershed team that we've never, ever received from any other leasing or management company in our lives. I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but Carly/Chris/John's assistance stood out to me as something unique and something to be recognized, and I truly don't think I could've gotten through the day without their reliable communication and prompt assistance/resolution. And this all occurred on a Sunday (which is amazing to me that they were so responsive on the weekend). They couldn't have been any more helpful, I'm endlessly grateful. This is our fifth rental community we've lived in to-date, and no other management company has ever treated us with this level of attention/care/kindness. I'm just in awe by how well this community is managed. They made us feel like real people who deserved to be heard and cared about, and other communities have made us feel like "just a number". I truly believe in my heart that anyone would be lucky to live in this community. It's a rare gem and something so special to experience, if you have the opportunity to do so.

Its been an amazing time living here since December. Moving here is one of the best decisions I have made. The community is wonderful and a great place to call home.
