    We have appointment at 6:30 and when we reached the office they said they are closed. They should probably give management to some other company. They are very arrogant and bad staff. Shame on Greystar for having this kind of management team.

    I wouldnt recommend living here. I almost moved here due to what I thought would be a welcoming and inviting although it wouldnt have had the amenities and esthetic I would have liked. Until, I had a phone call with Lolita and I accidentally linked my W2s one the original application and not my other paystubs (I was doing it off my phone) which I kept stating I could send the correct things because that was not my intent to send that. So, she thought she ended the phone call after we concluded of me sending it to her email and her not being in the next day. She then proceeded to talk about me very rudely not thinking that she didnt properly end the call. She stated I was wasting her time and I was probably fraudulent and had fake pay stubs anyway The next day I called to talk to the property manager and never received a call back. Lolita called me on Friday and I said the same thing. That I would like to talk to the assistant manager and still no call.

    Terrible experience living here. Maintenance ignored multiple request to fix my heat. This entire winter I've either dealt with my vent blowing out cold air or not working at all! The only time I received compliance is when I complained to the property manager. I recently put in a ticket yesterday because my heat again hasn't been working for four days now, and maintenance deleted it! At this point it's in emergency status with no resolve.
