Jasemin provided me with both positivity and excellent customer service when I arrived for service for my Kia. This was my first time coming to this location for a diagnostics test and Im glad I chose this place. Jasemin was very knowledgeable and informative of everything, walked me through the entire process. She effectively answered all of my questions and left me satisfied for my visit in its entirety . I will be returning in the future if need be!

Russell was the best salesman. We wasnt going in buy but he did his best to help us with everything we needed to know. We ended up buying the car we liked the most. I think RUSSELL NEEDS A RAISE OR PROMOTION. He a superstar!!

When I bought the car... it was a great experience, however when your're in need of something, each department keeps transferring you to other departments. I've been calling for days to see if my car is still under warranty so i wouldn't have to pay for unnecessary services. someone answers and then keeps transferring me until eventually no one answers.
