Very unsanitary, the girl making my drink was using her phone right before making it . And I understand how everyone may need to use their phones but she didnt even bother washing it . Disgusting.

Go here weekly, sometimes a few days. Love the new upgrades.
I have tried over 30 different drinks, only once (in 5 years) had a problem with wrong customization and it was fixed / refunded. I prefer this Starbucks because drinks are correct. They have a great open inside area - I see people on computers, reading books, even saw a job interview happening once, and people eating food they brought with the coffee. There's also outside seating.
Kid-friendliness: Seen kids smiling, laughing, having drinks with adults and everyone - customers and employees seem happy.
Dietary restrictions: If you have an allergy they are very careful to prepare drinks how you ask.

Got the door dash order wrong. Gave me a iced matcha latte instead of a hot one. I paid $7 for the wrong order. And they didnt even fill it up all the way.
Update: I did call i they remade it for me. I just had to pick it up. They were nice. The situation is just frustrating

Im new to the area and have only been to this Starbucks a total of 3 times. The 2 times Ive came here, my experience was great with no issues. So overall, I would assume this Starbucks is great. However, today I give them a 1 star for customer service. Prior to heading to work, I drove through the drive-thru line & waited for someone to greet me on the intercom, but there was nothing. I then said Hello, Hello a few times before proceeding to drive up to the window to give my order that way because I assumed maybe the intercom was broken due to the rain. When I get to the window, I explained to the woman I didnt get a chance to say my order because no one greeted me and/or said anything on the intercom to let me know the intercom was working and someone would be right with me momentarily. The woman then says to me The last time you did this . So I said, there was no last time cause I rarely come here and this has never happened. Then she says it looks like I recognized you from before but Im sorry can you drive around again. First, she stereotyped me. Not all black women with blonde braids look the same. Then, instead of you taking my order at the window, you ask me to drive back around through the drive thru and wait again. That was completely unacceptable & I left very disappointed. Please do better!
