I highly recommended Dr. Schwarz. He is highly experienced and it shows in his careful examination. I have had ear itching problems for decades that have gotten progressively worse. I've seen several doctors who said the cause is earwax and they recommended ear wax removers. However, none of ear wax removers helped the itching. A friend recommended Dr. Schwarz to me. Dr.Schwartz said the itching was caused by dry ear skin and dead skin flakes in the ear canal. He suggested natural oils. This made a lot more sense to me as it is worse when I am unable to swim for prolonged amounts of time.

I visited Dr. Schwartz on December 4th, 2018. He was very professional and caring. He performed an ENT exam. This involved spraying some numbing medicine. This was done around 1PM. Since then I am having running nose and sneezing. I feel like I have a very bad cold. I went through a box of tissues. I did not sleep all night. This morning I called for assistance and was given a run around for half hour to be told to use saline solution. Dr. Schwartz is a good doctor but I felt his staff did not give a damn about my condition. I will never visit this practice again as the staff has no system in place to follow up with patients.

My husband and I went to see Dr. Schwartz yesterday. We were so pleased with the competency and kindness of his office staff. We really had a very pleasant experience with the Dr. I am not big on doctors but he totally addressed our problem with humor. We actually had a good time while getting our noses cauterized. I would recommend Dr. Schwartz in the Germantown office.

I had been seen by Dr. Schwartz several times previously and had mostly positive experiences. However, today was a much different story. Each of the previous times I saw him, I showed up on time or early for my appointment but was made to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour before being seen by him. Today, I checked my GPS before I left work to make sure I left myself enough time to make my appointment, but due to an accident on 270 on my way there, my ETA changed from arriving 10 minutes early to 10 minutes late while I was driving. I called the office five minutes prior to my appointment time to let them know I was on my way but would be about 10 minutes late. When I arrived in the office 10-15 minutes late, I was told that Dr. Schwartz would not see me. When I pointed out the double standard of being made to wait for 30 minutes to an hour when I arrive on time or early but then getting turned away for arriving a few minutes late, even though I called to let them know I was on my way, they still refused to see me and told me to reschedule for another day. You expect your patients to be flexible for you but you refuse to be flexible for them? Unacceptable. I will never go back to see Dr. Schwartz.
