I made an appointment as I have asthma and various allergies. I have not had an allergenist since moving to this area from abroad and wanted to have a screening of what I am allergic to in this area. I was given a skin test for a very large number of potential allergens. I have had these kinds of tests before but never done so poorly or roughly. Each of the many marks all over both of my arms were made so deeply and roughly that they all bled. I have photos of this. Additionally, as the nurse who performed the test would wipe each new wound with the same wipe and do so across the other wounds previously made on my arm, there is certainly no accuracy to the test as each wound was cross contaminated with the allergens from the others. Furthermore, after being left for an arbitrary amount of time after being wounded by the nurse(I think they forgot to set a timer as it was far too long), the swelling wounds were given a rapid score that was not based on any actual measurement. I almost feinted on the drive home and had to call my husband to come pick me up. For weeks the open wounds on my arm would swell in response to pollen in the environment and I still have visible scars now 2 months after my appointment. All this is in addition to the fact that I was given lab orders for a blood test that would make the skin test quite unnecessary. They charged my insurance over 800 dollars for this butchering, about half of which the practice has billed me for. Additionally, the MD made a massive increase in the strength of my asthma medication that made me quite unwell, I quit taking the medicine and got a second opinion who recommended a more moderate medication approach that has been more effective. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. EDIT: In regards to the reply below, I have not received a call, voicemail or email from a clinical manager.

Truly a shocking experience. I was anticipating that I would be 5-10 minutes late for my appointment, so I called the main line to notify them. The representative told me that it was just fine. I even told her my projected arrival time. I then come to my appointment (late) and am notified that they were going to have to reschedule me due to being late for my appointment. Fractured communication on the part of Premier Allergy should not affect the patient. I was in disbelief. If I had a small window (5 min), then that should have been communicated to me. Disappointing that there is not consistent messaging across Premier Allergy. Had the representative told me about the policy, I could modified my timing. A shame. I should add that the process of getting a prescription sent on time/to the right pharmacy is nearly impossible. It involves multiples calls over the span of days, if not weeks. Kind staff, but the back and forth with getting a prescription sent out properly really reduces patient trust and confidence in their services.

First of all the office is around the corner from my house. That said as soon as I walked in I was greeted very pleasantly. I was taken back and the atmosphere just felt nice and peaceful. Everyone there seem caring. The doctor was just so helpful and made me feel well taken care of. They asked a lot of questions to figure out my problem. I would definitely to back and referred anyone.
