Avoid this place at all cost! They will never ever pick up their phone nor will they call you back if you leave a message. I have been trying to contact them since June (it is now September). They made two fraudulent claims on my insurance (two extra visits that never happened with a doctor I have never seen before). I am calling my insurance asap to get this sorted out.

This has been my 3rd appointment with Premier Allergies, I have been free of the agonizing itch and burning sensation that I had been suffering for the past year after Alta Wilde took care of my problem. The place is nice and the staff is wonderful, personable and efficient. Thank you all.

I have been going to Premier Allergist for about a year now, and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and care about their patients.

Horrible service. The allergist herself was fine - friendly and helpful, but their service in regards to phone calls is horrendous. I tried to cancel my allergy appointments earlier than 24 hours out, as one does if they don't want to incur a fee, but their voicemail inbox was full. When I tried to call again they didn't answer, and I left a voicemail. They then called me back and left a voicemail to say that I was a no-call no-show (incorrect) for my patch test. I called back and asked to reschedule it, then, to avoid the fee. They said sure, since they had said that I had until 4:30 to reschedule. They then called back to inform me that they had to charge me $100 for the patches and that I then had to pay ANOTHER $100 because the woman who rescheduled me moved the appointment too far out, and the patches would be expired by then. That I had to come in to the office to sign another credit card authorization form. I said to just cancel all of my appointments (if you don't know, patch appointments take a full week, so you're responsible for four separate appointments). The woman on the other end seemed surprised, somehow, that their screw up was treated with such naked disdain. I just got a text message today that my appointments for this week were not, in actuality, cancelled, and they'd like me to confirm I'd be in this Friday. When I tried to call to correct the measure, they once again were not available and I had to leave a message. Maybe this will get their attention, seeing as they're loathe to be available by the only method with which you can cancel or reschedule. I did my due diligence as the patient. I am not, nor do I recommend anyone else, coming to this allergist, even if my urticaria flares to comically bad degrees. I'd rather drive to Bethesda.
