My frustrations are solely because of the lack of the staff preparing for my appointment. I asked twice if they had records from my previous Endocrin doctor and was told yes. And they didnt have it. So when discussing continuing on my current meds the doctor stated she didnt know if I needed to be on it. She had no records of what my previous doctor had diagnosed. It was just a lack of being prepared for new patients. Especially when youre waiting two months for an appointment, you would think they would have everything in order. I wont be going back to the practice and told my GP to help me find a different doctor that may have staff that can prepare for appointments better.

Dr. Verma has terrible customer service and clearly only cares to profit for overbooking appointments. She rushes me off virtual & in person appointments, neglecting to allow me to ask questions and in our first appointment said there is no lifestyle change that I can make to improve or slow down my disease. She neglected to fill my prescription which has caused me stress, money and having to use the generic Rx which my body does not respond well to. She simply doesnt care about her patients health just her business. During my last appointment I witnessed another patient fighting to get the insulin his wife needs in time for her to travel. Clearly this is a problem with her, not with her patients. I am looking for another endocrinologist ASAP.

I have been seeing Dr. Verma for awhile now. I like that she takes time to answer my questions if I have them. She is to the point and doesn't beat around the bush.

If you are a diabetic do not go to this doctor as they do not give refills.
