        Unprofessional. I had a teledoc appointment with Dr. Jimenez and he never called. This is the second time he does something like this. His office is disorganized. I called multiple times to ask what happened and they always transferred me to voicemail. I do not want to get billed for an appointment that never happened. Dont come to this place!
