        I was inside advance auto parts and got helped by Raquel Z. She was very helpful and nice with her service. For how businesses is ran theres no other place with such good customer service

        I am here with Raquel. I accidentally pressed for the recipt to be sent to me by email only but noticed that I need a copy for my taxes. She did not want to print me a receipt. Instead she got really rude and said she can print me a paper but not a receipt. I then wanted to get a refund so that I can go through the whole transaction again so I can get a receipt. She then continued to tell me that I would not be able to use the $10 off coupon if I chose to do that. She has a computer in front of her but it doesn't make sense that she can't print a receipt. I hope this goes to the corporate office and she is taught how to use her computer. I guess I will be shopping at Autozone instead from now on!
