        I went to this place to swap a damaged tire and also decided to rebalance the other three because I felt slight vibration at highway speeds. The vibration got much worse afterwards....waste of time and money. Had to take the car to a different shop to get them balanced again.

      We apologize this transaction was not to your satisfaction. We reviewed this with our techs. You came to the shop and asked to do alignment. At no point the tech was informed that the car shakes when you drive at higher speed. We could only provide you the service you requested. You may have confused alignment and balancing, which happens. You were shown the results of our alignment adjustments on our tablet, that matched the manufacturer recommendations and you were satisfied.
