Business is a scam. Come see the lift, tell me they cant order the parts, then leave. Then charge $270 for "service labor" and threaten to take to collection if you dont pay. Avoid them

Amazing service!!! Last week we needed to replace our garage door as soon as possible. After calling several places and hearing nothing was in stock before November, I talked with my realtor who recommend Rich. Before Rich and I talked, he had found a possible door. Within an hour, we had a door coming from out of state and an appointment. The finished product is gorgeous and my realtor is impressed as well.

I engaged with this company to inspect and move a lift. They did an inspection and said the lift was safe and had no problems. I had them move the lift to another location and then they claim the lift has problems and they did not install the lift correctly. They refuse to correct their errors and said I needed to pay them more money to correct when it was B&R. I have called them repeatedly over 6 months and they will not return calls. These folks will rip you off. Beware
