An absolute garbage of a company. Lies and does not return calls for properties, because they lease out to whom they choose.

Lived in Frederick 30 years, dealt with 3 real estate companies. 2 were great, then there was this one.

Do not do business with these people. They are con artists, they sold us into a lease with misleading information and everyday I'm here I learn something else that they lied about or didn't mention that I have to live with for the next year. They didn't clean the apartment prior to moving in, whoever painted the cabinets didn't even do a basic google search on supplies because it's peeling off and they stick closed so tight I have to use all my weight to open them. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, they just taped part of the counter back together with packing tape, huge holes left in the wall from a past tenant. The building is infested with ants, the fridge leaks, there's a leak from the window when it rains, Apparently I am personally responsible for moving all the trash for the ebuilding to the road which is news to me. I could go on, plenty more where that came from. I can't complain about anything to the owner because after I said it was unfair that they promised parking and that fell through, they made it very clear they were not working with us and I'm actually somewhat afraid to even contact them again. I see why the last tenant left after 4 months. You'd think with as hard as it was to get someone to move in they would try using maybe an ounce of human respect but they essentially talked to us like we were misbehaving children and overall I severely regret coming here. If they bother to read this I just hope you know that what you all did was wrong. You're responsible for places human beings have to live and you totally have not treated that job with respect. It's officially been a month and we have not gotten our deposit back nor any kind of information as to why we haven't gotten the deposit. At the inspection we supposedly were getting all of it back. But they haven't returned any info. Just fantastic, it's not like I really really need that money or anything, not like I spent a week and a significant amount of my own money repairing the apartment from damages they didn't fix before I moved in. Yeah no big deal just take your sweet time guys. It's 45 days max in the state of Maryland I'll be waiting
