The Buyer's Best

Robin did an amazing job helping us find our home in perhaps the most tumultuous and seller-friendly housing market in history. I don't know how many houses we dragged her along to in total, but it was a lot, and she never wavered from the first to the last, ultimately helping us secure a beautiful home in a great neighborhood at a reasonable price point. Moving was a difficult decision for us, and she was very understanding through it all and did whatever she could to support us through it. We are very appreciative of her efforts, and would highly recommend Robin if you're looking to buy a home.

Every since I bought my first condo and then my current townhouse, these ladies ( Mary and Robbin) were exceptionally attentive ,proactive and communicative through out the whole process. I really felt like I was in good hands as they made the process of purchasing a home so smooth . I recommend Buyer's Best to anyone looking to have an agent who puts their interest first as well as their needs. It's not everyday that folks meet authentic and ethical individuals. If I could rate more , I would.

Mary really is "The Buyer's Best."  I used Mary when purchasing my home in Frederick, and I could not have asked for a better advocate.  She knows everyone and everything in the area.  Mary really listens to what you are looking for and helps you find it.  I had a list of houses I wanted to see, but ended up purchasing one she found for me, and I love it.  It was a long drawn out purchase process, but she kept me informed and the house finally closed with no problem.  Most of the delay was due to the seller's agent (who shall remain unnamed!).  He seemed too busy to bother, but Mary never dropped the ball.  I would recommend Mary and her services.  Above everything else, she is a truly lovely lady.  You won't go wrong using "The Buyer's Best Realtors"

My husband and I just closed on the second house we have purchased in Frederick, using Mary Richeimer at The Buyer's Best as our buyer's agent. Our first home buying experience with Mary, in 2006, went so well, that my sister used her to buy a home in Frederick in 2018 and we would not have dreamed of using anyone else when we were ready to buy another house in 2019. Unfortunately, both the seller of the house we bought and his agent were extremely difficult to work with; my husband was ready to walk away from the deal several times.  Thanks to Mary, the deal went through.  Mary listens to what you want and does not waste time showing you houses which don't fit your needs.  She is extremely knowledgeable about Frederick and the surrounding areas, having lived here for many years, which is very helpful if you are new to the area and need to find a house quickly. I cannot imagine buying a house and not using an agent who is solely representing you.  If you are looking to buy a home in the Frederick area, give the Buyer's Best a call.

As a first time homebuyer, I highly recommend Buyers Best. Having an exclusive buyers agents really makes such a difference. No conflict of interest issues and you have someone on YOUR side representing your interests. After having seen smarmy agents at numerous open houses, we went with Robin from Buyers Best and are so glad we did.My husband and I closed on our house about a week ago at the end of a couple months long hunt, and couldn't be happier. We worked with Robin Klahre and I cannot recommend her highly enough.   This is our first house so we had a lot of questions, reservations, and not to mention the added requirement of finding a home suited to acoustically housing a grand piano. Robin was great throughout the whole process. She was always available to answer our questions, explain things we didn't understand and laid out the process in a very transparent manner so we weren't blindsided by added expenses or fees. Our search evolved with some criteria changing over the months and she always got to the core of what was important to us. It was great.While negotiating an offer we were never pressured to offer higher than what we were comfortable with. Once we had a contract, she was very active with keeping us on target with deadlines and making sure we were doing ok. Robin really went above and beyond for us. If it weren't for Robin, I don't think we'd have a house. That really says it all.
