Jon was amazing when we were trying to sell our parent's home after they had passed at a time when sales were not that strong. We used Jon to help us purchase and later resell our home in Frederick, MD. Both experiences were fantastic, even after a 2 year gap. Our listing had a leg up compared to the competition when we had to sell - we had over 30 photos taken, a 3-D tour, and even a drone fly over to showcase our property. Our situation was also a tad complicated as we were overseas when our listing went live. Jon didn't even bat an eyelash when he presented our offers via Facetime as we reviewed from the EU. Honestly I wouldn't use anyone else, and I highly recommend his services. To top it off, he goes above and beyond and let us borrow a truck to move a few items out of our home when the deal closed. If you're debating - stop and just call him!

My fianc and I were lucky to have Jon as our realtor. He helped us buy and move into our first home so quickly! We had our son sooner than expected and Jon made sure that everything was situated in order to get us moved in asap! He wasnt just our realtor, he also became a good friend. Jon is extremely personable, kind, charismatic & just a breath of fresh air. He made our moving process positive and he set the bar very high for any other realtors!
