When we moved from out west, we were leaving a great realtor who helped us sell our house. I was hoping to get another great realtor when we moved to Maryland, and Christina went well above and beyond what I could have hoped for! Christina was always in contact with us during every step of the way, and she became a friend during this time, too. She not only helped us buy our house, but she got us set up with appointments to meet contractors and experts who could help us do repairs and remodeling once we closed on the house. When I say don't hesitate on using Christina as your realtor, I mean you should do it yesterday! You won't regret it!

Christina is an amazing realtor! Whenever we needed help she was always there no matter what and always tried her best. Shes nice, funny, and is very intelligent which helped us get through this a lot easier. Because of this I can tell she truly cares for all her clients. She made the whole experience so much better with no worries whatsoever, and with her help we successfully sold the house she helped us with. In the end I really appreciate her help, and highly recommend her!

Christina has absolutely blown my mind as a realtor. She is not only extremely professional and personable but also extremely knowledgeable with all kinds of real estate: residential, commercial and investment. She always communicates promptly, gave me connections to her best people: lenders, contractors and handy men, and always was finding creative ways of solving problems that we encountered in the buying process. If you need a real estate agent, seriously look no further. I can say hands down that Christina is the best! She is so knowledgeable about the market, and I always knew that she was working behind the scenes for our best interests. She explained the process, answered our questions, and never never pressured us into making any decisions until we were ready. We were out-of-state buyers and so she even went the extra mile to visit homes to us and video chatted us while she walked around. Aside from the amazing real estate professional that Christina is, she is also just a great person - trustworthy, patient, and funny! Exactly the type of person you want on your team when buying in this crazy market!

Christina is the best agent ever! She helped us purchase our in-laws' home and recently our home as well. She's got the personality, knowledge and character you need in an agent. Buying or selling a home is an emotional process but seriously, Christina will help you through the process and you will actually enjoy it! For us, it didn't help that we were buying from out of state. She gave us wise counsel throughout the process and when our dream home came out in the market, she gave her all. She didn't hesitate but spent her evening writing out the best contract and we won in four hours. I think God has given her the gift with people and skill to buy and sell. We actually didn't see our home until we made the move and when we finally arrived at our home, we were amazed because it was far better than what we had imagined. I'd say if you've had a chance to meet Christina or stumble upon her website, you are lucky because you will get a dream house or she will help you transition out smoothly from your current home.
