I have used Chris a couple of times , first when I sold my house in 2019, I could have not asked for anyone better, had guys and a truck to help us take stuff to the dump and any where else we wanted it to go, and to help reason with out buyers on issues. And sold our house inside a week,. We just hired Chris to help sell a lot for my mother in-law, Chris got full price and sold it in a couple of months. If there were 6 stars I would give Chris 6.!!!!!

Chris Reeder and her team sold my house in 2.5 days. When my house was damaged by wind and I was out of state she had a contractor out there to fix before settlement. It was the smoothest process to get house sold for more than asking. Chris is an awesome realtor!
