Jay did a great job for us. He was able to get us 4 very good offers, and then we had a choice to make. When the offer we chose backed out, he went back to the original offers and we got the best offer of the remaining without having to redo the process. Many thanks to Jay and his crew. Jay has been absolutely amazing and has gone above & beyond to make the selling process seamless. I cant thank him enough for all that he has done. He always had answers, provided information that benefitted me tremendously & lent a helping hand when I needed it because I was selling out of state. Jay helped us find and buy the first home we have shared together. But he did much more than that. When he saw issues that needed to be addressed, he quickly and professionally addressed them with the seller. He always looked out for our best interests. Always.
