We recently sold our home in the Clover Hill III subdivision in Frederick. We selected Greg because we had been seeing his Clover Hill and Frederick updates for years. His up to date newsletter is something we looked forward to seeing every quarter. It was clear to us that Greg Phillips was THE expert for Clover Hill. In many cases, he had sold the same homes multiple times over the years. He met the appraiser when the time came to help ensure that the right comps were used and the uniqueness of our house and its features were stressed. I cant say enough good things about Greg Phillips At Berkshire. This guy knows his stuff and he goes above and beyond. He really exceeded our expectations and we are tough clients. We sold our house in Del Mar. He helped us get contractors, negotiate pricing and checked their work. He has an eye for detail and got our house looking spectacular. He did a great job with photos and made a really nice video tour of our house. We felt completely comfortable working with Greg. He has great communication and kept us informed every step of the way. You can tell how much he cares about his clients and we could really trust him. He got multiple offers on our house and negotiated a great outcome.
