Very unprofessional. Typical sleazy stuff by a cheap planet fitness type place. I would never recommend this gym for anyone.

Do NOT get a membership here! The sauna was under repair the entire time I went. I havent been there in months, and they continue to charge my card. I have spoken to Kyle several times, who always refuses to cancel my membership and tells me a manager will call me back, but it never gets resolved. I live out of state caring for a terminally ill family member and am currently not making any money. This is ridiculous. Basically a scam.

Went to this gym for 4 years. I used to love it, has great people in the afternoons, very friendly focused atmosphere. But management was weird. I complained some guy was following me around during my work outs and management did nothing. The sauna never worked for more than a month at a time. That said its a good size with good machines, just wasnt worth it to me after a while.

Golds gym in Frederick has a small town feel to it. Everyone is welcoming with smiles, asking how Im doing. I love the classes, the instructors, and the equipment is great!
