        amazon has made this the only free return spot, so the past 2 times ive went here to make my returns and not had a pleasant experience. the employees were not very polite at all and made it seem like a big inconvenience that i came in to process my return.

        I buy office supplies for a small company, but I was very disappointed that the website said it opened at 8:00. I planned my morning around that. Waited 10 min in parking lot and then employee at door tells me they dont open until 9:00. I said website says 8:00. She says weve been trying to get them to fix that and they just cant seem to do it. Dont inconvenience your customers like that. FIX THE PROBLEM!!!
