I loved the amazing customer service that Jerald Bowman provided during my tour with me & my daughter. He was friendly, polite, and gave us a tour of multiple apartments until we found the perfect floor plan that was suitable for us. The community overall is gorgeous.
*Update*
The entire staff is excellent. The move in was super smooth. Todd was such a great help, very professional, super funny, and addressed all my concerns. I love this property its very peaceful.

The apartments and facilities are lovely and the entire staff very friendly . Brett was very helpful through the whole process . 5 stars for Magnolia Haus and 5 stars to Brett

Todd & all of the wonderful staff at Magnolia are reason enough to live in this community. Ive moved a ton and have loved my experience here! (& so does my pup!)

The staff is phenomenal! Todd showed me a few of the model units, and Brett showed me some of the available units that I had my eye on. They were both so pleasant throughout the whole experience and happy to answer any and all questions I had! Brett was very patient with me (and very kindly) let me "think out loud" while I was narrowing down which specific unit was the best fit for me. Not to mention, the Magnolia Haus complex itself is GORGEOUS. Frederick's hidden gem!
