        If I could put 0 stars I would. It might be on the cheaper side for Fredrick. But for obvious reasons. The office is never open, only less than normal business hours 9:30-5pm. As they NEVER answer the phones, multiple days in a row called multiple times, at different times each day. I even left a voicemail and a week later still no response. You can hear anything your neighbor does (just normal conversation.) Your packages get stolen. This place is a definition of cheap. And the office refuses to acknowledge any of these issues.

        They dont take care of outside of my building or the stairs ways. It is now Jan and we had a snow and ice storm please tell me why there has not been any salt put down or parking lot plowed? Tell why I had trouble with my heat yesterday and it took me calling 2 times to get someone to come out to look at it ! It was 26 degrees out ! Then they figured out the problem but said they would be back after lunch this was at 12:15 pm they did not come back till almost 2:15 pm to fix it ! So I was without heat from 8 am till almost 3 pm !!!!
