The first time I visited The Reserve at Ballenger Creek, I was warmly greeted by the staff, particularly, Louise and Ines. The model looked great and the pricing was reasonable. I looked at several apartments and this was best suited for my needs. I love my new apartment and the location of it in the complex. I would highly recommend The Reserve at Ballenger Creek. The staff is especially great! Dean

The best of the best! Immaculate grounds, safe and secure. Maintenance is top notch. Every amenity you'd want - Amazon hub, pool, gym, beautiful clubhouse etc. Staff is absolutely amazing. If I hadn't moved out of state, I'd be there forever lol.

Relocating is never a smooth process. My experience with the Reserve exceeded my expectations- due to Miss Louise Her compassion and interest in my needs was truly outstanding.I look forward to being apart of this community in the near future !

I highly recommend this apartment complex! My husband and i sold our home in Jefferson where we had lived for 21 years. We rented short term while our new home was being built from November until May this year! The apartment was clean, quiet,and very comfortable. Neighbors were friendly..one even helped me when my car was stuck in snow! The management staff have always been friendly and quick to respond if there were any issues (i had to say we only had one small problem the entire time we were there. )
