The Bottling Plant

Our family has absolutely loved living at these apartments! Everything is very modern and management is wonderful to work with. The location is perfect if you have children and/or pets. Highly recommend!

Popular convenient secure apartments. Beautiful buildings at historic location of the former Coca-Cola bottling building. They retained the original historic building front and maintained the style for building the new luxury apartments here. Convenient location for schools restaurants and shopping.

I live there for a year . The wall are thin you can hear your next door and always a complaint when you walk in your apartment because they can hear you walking around brief when my lease was done they charge me $1560 because my mover was late and reported to the credit bureau. I never miss paying rent through the end . Linda was blowing my emails with treating to pay the late fee of my mover being late for 3 hours. I do not recommend anyone to live there.

Our family lived here while our house was being built. and we really enjoyed it. The building is well kept and any repair requests are promptly handled. The complex backs to Rose Hill manor, which is great for kids and is a nice place to walk dogs. It's also in walking distance to several local breweries and an awesome coffee shop. Make sure you read your lease thoroughly so the move-out process goes smoothly (There are a couple "gottchas" ). If you communicate with management when you're ready to move-out or renew you shouldn't have any problems.
