      image I am a 61 year old single female, retired police & I definitely recommend this community for the safety, very well lit at night, Quiet, clean & friendly. I am on the fourth floor & utilize the elevator frequently, such a convenience. Quiet to the point that I cannot hear my neighbors or vehicles outside. The entire team here is so quick to respond to any concerns or repairs.

      image Lived in the community for 2 years and would recommend it to others. Clean and quiet with an overall friendly but not invasive atmosphere. Staff is great and maintenance is on top of any potential issues.

      image We have been living at Jefferson Place for a couple of years and have had a wonderful experience thus far! So many positives...beautiful mountains all around, safe and dog friendly area, super friendly staff and residents, lovely modern and home-y apartments, I could go on. I'm so happy we chose to check Jefferson Place out after deciding to move to Frederick!
