        The workers at this CVS have been put in an impossible position. They're severely understaffed and bear the brunt of medication shortage frustrations. So this is nothing against them. I've been hung up on mid-sentence more than once (by one pharmacist in particular and I promise I'm not a Karen, I worked in retail too long to do that to anyone). Again, likely because of the pressure of being understaffed and having a million other things to do. But whew. Something has to change. If anyone from CVS who's in the union is reading this: Y'all desperately need a better staffing provision in your contract! I feel awful for how much pressure is put on everyone behind the counter simply because management can't figure out how to staff the place. I'm moving all of my scripts to an independent pharmacy, but sincerely hope things improve for everyone, staff and patients alike.
