        Bank of America is no more good like use to be we should not support or deposit our money in any Bank of America they do everything with our money and they close branches and so many in dc and Bethesda not open in sat close accounts and open in chase bank they are the best

        The branch manager, Fern Assyrian, is absolutely terrific! She is always so helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. She has turned this branch around. I was thinking about switching my account to a different location until I met her. she is a perfect example of what good customer service is all about.
