Not only there was courteous, rapid and efficient service provided, but staff, namely Judy, went above and beyond to resolve the situation and provide solid options for continued banking with Chase.         Opened account had coupon for 600 bonus 4 months later still no reward they dropped the ball repeatedly no.fpllow through Every time I called or went it the response was always tomorrow Bad experience
