I love Rita's but I went to get ice for myself and my kids only to find our gummie bear ice only had one gummy bear on top! None in the ice.. Sad we can't get a refund.

The staff was friendly, but this is definitely not the best cold stone the ice cream had like ice chips in it, and the cone was stale.

Our server was great! Kid-friendliness: Great activity papers for them and ice cream at the end!
